San Diego basically invented perfect weather, and when it's beach season more or less forever, frozen desserts quietly become a daily food group. That makes San Diego fertile ground for a fresh-fruit shaved ice concept, and we couldn't be more excited that San Diego is our very first location — our California parlor opens in Spring 2027, the start of everything.

A fruit-forward, sunshiny menu

Our San Diego bowls taste like an endless summer: bright passionfruit, mellow coconut, ripe strawberry and zippy calamansi. It's fruit-forward and sunny, with a nod to the raspado tradition for anyone who likes a little chamoy-and-Tajín sweet-heat.

And because SoCal runs plant-based, many of our bowls start from just fruit and ice, with creamy coconut options so nobody misses out.
