Privacy policy 🌵

Prickly Ice is a small dessert company getting ready to open its first shops. This page explains what information we collect through pricklyice.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect your email only if you give it to us, we use it only to tell you about Prickly Ice, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you join our opening-day list. Signups are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to our inbox.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. See GitHub's data collection notes.
What we use it for
- Telling you when and where our shops open, and occasional Prickly Ice news.
- That's it. No selling, no renting, no sharing with advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Unsubscribing & your rights
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can always email info@pricklyice.com to be removed, to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We'll act on requests promptly, including rights under the CCPA and similar laws.
Children
Our desserts are for everyone, but our email list isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
