Prickly Ice was born from one silly, wonderful question — what if a cactus was actually a snow-soft dessert? We shave crystal-fluffy ice by hand, shape it into smiling little desert friends, dot on chocolate "spines," and tuck each one into a garden of mango, strawberry, kiwi and jellies.

Every bowl is sculpted to order, one cactus at a time. They arrive smiling. They leave... well, delicious.
